The secret is out; some of the best oysters to be found are currently being grown right here in the Sunshine State! Our goal is to provide the Tampa Bay area with access to the growing network of incredible Florida farmed oysters. We source our oysters from local farmers throughout the state, each with their own story and unique flavor profile. We guarantee your oysters will be Florida fresh, harvested Thursday, and hand delivered on Friday.  *We regularly carry the following oysters, subject to availability.

Florida Oyster of the Week:

  • Locos from Lost Coast Oyster Company – Our original signature oyster, grown at our farm in Tampa Bay’s Terra Ceia Aquatic Preserve. Nestled among the mangroves and seagrasses, our oysters pack a briny punch with a complex flavor profile. 3″ with a  powerful full-ocean briny punch up front and a fresh nutty finish
  • IROCs from Indian River Oyster CompanyIndian River Oyster Company is family owned & operated, they share the passion of seaside living with a craft of farming oysters. Tide to table! Exclusively grown in New Smyrna Beach in the Indian River Lagoon, they strive to bring the highest quality oyster while keeping their love for the conservation of the lagoon. IROC oysters have a distinct Atlantic flavor profile and trust us, they pack the salt! 3″ with a salt-packed flavor.
  • Sebastian Silvers from Treasure Coast Shellfish – Hand grown by Nicolette Mariano out of Florida’s east coast, her Sebastian Silvers are grown in floating cages above a sandy river bottom. These oysters will bring you the classic east coast experience. 2.75-3″ with high salinity up front to give you that brinier flavor, with a savory and creamy finish.
  • Calusas from Calusa Oyster Company – Tampa Bay’s newest oyster farmer, Reed Smith raises his oysters in floating cages near Bishops Harbor in Lower Tampa Bay. They have a similar flavor profile to the Locos, but a slightly cleaner finish. 3″ of brine with a fresh finish.
